Our last day of shipping is December 22 and we will back onboard to start despatch on January 10, 2025.
Orders will be sent from the date of order, so please be patient, as we'll do our very best to get them out to you as quickly as possible.

ELWOOD101 RETURNS POLICY:
PLEASE TAKE OUT INSURANCE...We do not profit from this option and it is a service that we are proud to offer at a minimal charge.
This option is automatically selected for you at checkout and gives you 100% Protection against any item/parcel lost in the mail. It also covers you in case of theft, perhaps from your letterbox or if your item is damaged in the Postal process.
The cost is minimal and will give you total piece of mind with FAST payout should your item prove to be lost, damaged or stolen.
We strongly advise taking up the insurance option as elwood101 cannot be held responsible for any of the above events after the purchased items have been handed over to the Postal Carrier, and tracking information has been supplied to verify.
It's obviously not compulsory to choose the Insurance option, and if you choose to skip the insurance, simply de-select the ticked box.
NB : Please take extra care to ensure your Postal Address is filled out correctly, as we cannot provide replacements or refunds if an item has been delivered to the address supplied.
If you are aware you have made an error, please reach out to us immediately via e-mail at info@elwood101.com.au so that we can update and correct the address for you, prior to posting.
All orders once placed, will have been confirmed via e-mail and then once actually posted, an email with tracking number will also be sent.
If you haven't received an email, it's important to check your junk folder as it will most likely be there....an easy way to remedy this is to ensure info@elwood101.com.au is marked a 'safe sender'.
14 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS & IMMEDIATE REFUND OPTION
At elwood 101, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, as well as our well known and loved selection of premium street and designer labels.
For our customers who have shopped with us personally in store over the years, please note elwood101 is now exclusively ONLINE and all returns or exchanges need to be via post, unless you find it easier to return to our storeroom in Sandringham, as we no longer have a shop front.
We realise that it is hard to properly judge fit and suitability from a desktop or a mobile device. And also, we are all built differently and sometimes the sizes just don't work on each and every individual.
Because of this our store offers a hassle free policy.
THE NUTS & BOLTS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY :
* If you wish to return/exchange a purchased item, the process must be commenced within 14 days of receiving your goods. This can be done by emailing us at info@elwood101.com.au for our standard returns offer, or via the REFUNDID Portal (see details below).
* We will gladly refund your account on all full priced items if the item chosen doesn't fit or match your expectations (excluding shipping charges) ....
* Once an item is discounted by more than 20% from the original price ( this includes added special discounts such as First time discount offers), meaning the actual item price is then more than 20% off the Original Price, we can offer you a store credit or an exchange for another product.
A Refund in this instance is not applicable.
* ALL items reduced by half the original price or more, cannot be returned for credit or refund. The sale price is final.

- You will be provided with an RA number to include with your returned parcel.
- Please also leave us a note stating the reason for the return along with the RA number inside the returned package.
- Carefully pack your item and return to Elwood101
- Be aware you are responsible to ensure it arrives back to us safely and in undamaged condition and also for return post costs. So please package shoe boxes etc in protected packaging.
- We cannot take responsibility for articles lost in the post or damaged in transit.
- Returns must be sent with a trackable method, just as we provide to you.
- Once we receive your return we will proceed with the return / exchange / credit notes, usually the same day we receive the item back and normally by the end of the day.
The only conditions are that the items are returned as immaculately as they are sent out:
- The item must not be been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Original swing tags and packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Carefully pack your item and return to Elwood101
- Be aware you are responsible to ensure it arrives back to us safely and in undamaged condition and also for return post costs. So please package shoe boxes etc in protected packaging.
- We cannot take responsibility for articles lost in the post or damaged in transit.
- Returns must be sent with a trackable method, just as we provide to you
- Returns MUST be lodged over the counter at Australia Post, not simply put into a mailbox as this method does not provide tracking and may easily become lost.
We recommend using the registered post option and taking out postal insurance when sending your order back to us as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return.
All items are double checked before being sent out. However, if you have received a wrong or faulty item (human errors do sometimes occur despite best efforts) please contact us straight away and we will send you a replacement item at no further cost, or alternatively, provide a full refund.
We will also refund the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the correct item.
If you have purchased taking advantage of a ‘Multiple Purchase Special Offer’ and wish to receive a refund on one or more of the purchased items, this is perfectly ok.
The refund, if needed, will be applied at the discounted price and the remaining item left, should there only be the one, would be purchased at a discount price of not more than 10% discount , which is equivalent to our ‘First Time Purchase Offer’ where you sign up to our newsletter to receive a 10% discount.
If you wish to exchange one of these for a different size, or colour, this is perfectly fine, too and the discount offer would still apply.
OUT OF STOCK :
In the unfortunate event that something sells out or is unavailable to supply, we will immediately refund your account.
As our way of saying sorry we will offer you an exclusive 15% discount for any purchases in the next 2 weeks.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS:
If a parcel is not collected or delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., the customer fails to collect the parcel from the designated collection point within the required timeframe), the following conditions apply:
1. Return Postage Costs
- The cost of returning the parcel to us will be deducted from any refund or may be charged to the customer directly.
- This includes any fees incurred by our courier or postal service for the return.
2. Resending Parcels
- If you wish to have the parcel resent after it has been returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
- Resending will only occur once we have received the returned parcel and confirmed your payment for the re-delivery costs.
3. Refunds for Returned Items
- A refund will be issued for the items) only, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage charges incurred.
Refunds will not be issued for items that are not eligible for return or refund under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., personalized or perishable goods).
4. Notification of Delivery or Collection
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and to respond promptly to any notifications regarding collection.

Australia Post parcels are always sent with tracking and signature required for peace of mind and added security at very competitive rates.
International EXPRESS delivery is also available via Australia Post to many countries around the world.
All Australia Post International parcels are trackable online firstly via Australia Post, and then, once in the country of it's destination, will revert to the local Postal website for further updates. Eg, if you are sending to the USA, then the tracking details will be found on the USPS Postal website once it arrives into customs.

RE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : YOU MAY NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES
Governments globally are increasing Customs duties due to the rise of global online sales, so to avoid shocks at collection, please check with your own country's customs policies as this varies from one country to another.
elwood101 will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country's Customs Department.
Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes, duties and charges that may be payable prior to finalising your purchase.
Once you place an order, this is considered a contract and as such, should you choose to refuse to collect, fail to collect, or abandon your order, then Elwood101 will refund you the cost of goods purchased, less the amount paid by elwood101 to have the items returned to our store.
For International deliveries, your order will be synchronised for tracking with your National carrier and is always traceable as stated previously above....eg although we post with Australia Post International, the tracking number we provide would be the same one if you are in the USA when you search on the USPS website ....and so forth to all other countries.
